I've looked for this application and it's still available, only that it has been updated to version 2.6 where new features have been implemented and bugs fixed. I strongly recommend downloading the latest version if you previously used the application and found it comfortably.

This application is very old and the only way to make it work is through virtualization. You actually need to install Windows XP in a virtual machine with the help of VirtualBox. Download and install the application, then use the online guide to create a virtual machine. After the machine has been created, drag and drop the application into the XP environment and install it. This is the only way to make it work on Windows 8.1.
